FAQ

Q: Who can access customer profiles?

A: Managers and Admins.

Q: Are the profile statistics affected by the report date filter?

A: No. The profile always shows lifetime statistics. The date filter on the Reports page only affects the Top Customers ranking.

Q: A customer has never bought anything. What will I see?

A: An empty state message. Statistics cards show zero values and the history table indicates "No purchases yet."

Q: How can I identify customers who haven't visited recently?

A: Look at the Last Visit date on the profile or in the Top Customers report. A long absence may be a good signal for outreach.

Q: Can I edit a customer's details from the profile page?

A: Yes. Click the Edit button in the profile header.

Q: What does "Customer Since" mean?

A: The date of the customer's first purchase. It is set automatically when their first sale is recorded and never changes.

Q: Can I see voided sales in the customer's purchase history?

A: Yes. Voided sales appear in the history table with a VOIDED badge. They do not count toward any of the lifetime statistics (value, visits, average order).
